We have 1 bedroom, unfurnished, becoming avail soon in a 4 bedroom house. It's an 11x15 room with a shared bath with two other individuals. We're 3 people all with varying jobs. I'm a day trader, one guy is a UPM and the other works in the industry too. For the most part we are all pretty laid back and respectful of one anothers privacy. Not a party house at all. The house is a pretty large 2200 sqft space with a great layout. The kitchen comes with two fridges, there's two living rooms that are pretty large, one is the TV/Movie room and the other has a pretty darn good vinyl collection with a wet bar in it. You can see there's a decent backyard with a fold out ping pong table, outdoor sofas and a pretty good grill. There's also a one car garage with washer and dryer in which you will have some space to put some stuff. There's no room for a car unfortunately. We're located right by the 90 and 405 so easy access to the freeways but far enough away and on the westside of the 405 to not hear the freeway noise or get the pollution.
