Legal Operations Manager, Studios Legal

Job summaryThe Amazon Studios Legal team is looking for a talented and motivated legal operations manager to join our contract and rights management team, supporting the creation of structured data for deal terms, options and rights information for Amazon Original series and features worldwide.
This role will be a key contributor in the continued development of contract and deal workflows, spearheading the use of technology to simplify those workflows in support of a fast growing and increasingly complex global organization.
Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities will include:
o Identifying, analyzing and extracting deal terms and rights information from a high volume of agreements into our contract management database;o Supporting automation and process simplification efforts, including questionnaire based contract drafting and machine learning driven data extraction;o Working independently, with minimal supervision, exercising good judgement when faced with incomplete information, or lack of clarity;o Developing relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Business Affairs, Creative, outside counsel and other teams, working cross-functionally to clearly define the parameters of complex agreements;o Identify areas of improvement for deal terms tracking; and,o Provide ad-hoc support to users of the Amazon Studios contract management database, including identifying and remedying user error.
The successful candidate will have:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
