The IMDb TV Marketing and Design team is looking for a driven and dynamic Sr.
Creative Strategy & Campaign Manager.
An entertainment creative strategic thinker, with a well-rounded operational and production background, this individual is responsible for developing costumer creative journeys, developing Originals and Brand marketing campaign agency creative briefs, overseeing the development of cohesive campaign messaging, digesting media briefs and translating them into creative solutions, and investing in research and creative experimentation for long term efficiency.
They are also leaders on the marketing team in creative campaign management, vendor procurement, creative budget optimization, and oversight of platform specific best practices for all marketing channels.
This role is the creative strategic and operational partners to the IMDb TV Creative Directors, Creative Design Studio, Media, Launch Marketing, O&O, and our studio partners.
To be successful in this role, this individual needs to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, know how to juggle multiple priorities, be comfortable in a variety of marketing functions, and navigate and partner with a large set of internal and external stakeholders.
This person will be strategic, creative, and analytical, with a deep understanding of the dynamics of the entertainment industry, media, and creative asset development.
They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think creatively and deliver results.
Responsibilities for this role include the followingo Be the industry experts in entertainment creative best practices for a variety of paid, earned, and owned media, including performance marketing, social, custom takeovers, A/V, partnerships, PR and experiential activations.
o Have a line of sight across all marketing campaign creative touch points to ensure brand and campaign consistency in tone and messaging, while prioritizing creative best practices and scalable operations.
o Develop research driven creative customer journeys and creative briefs in partnership with Creative Directors, used to align with internal stakeholders and to kick off creative campaign development for IMDb TV originals.
o Bring in best in class industry vendors & partners that are right-sized to campaigns and are leaders in template driven asset creation efforts, bringing scale and efficiency to IMDb TV creative campaigns.
o Drive excellence and frugality in creative strategy and operations, looking for digital first partner relationships while rightsizing vendors to projects and tasks, as defined by internal integrated marketing and studios stakeholders.
o Create, manage and submit creative campaign budgets and approvals with finance, media, and launch marketing, looking to embrace frugality while continually raising the creative bar and finding scalable creative asset production processes.
o Consistently inspect internal and external creative marketing partnerships and processes to find efficiencies, scale, and improvements for the wider organization in creative asset strategy and production.
o Lead creative brainstorms with Creative Directors and internal stakeholders, with strategic and operational thinking to help develop go big ideas with a focus on customer obsession and raising brand awareness.
o Develop creative campaign timelines, budgets, and serve as chief of staff for creative operations across A/V, Key Art, Media, and marketing touch points.
o Research, on-board, and maintain agency relationships, while managing budgets, retainers, POs, and invoices for smooth creative operations at scale.
o Partner with Creative Directors and Media to develop originals messaging matrix, as well as paid media templates for originals, multi-title, and brand campaigns to drive scale and efficiency across a growing number of campaigns.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
