Contracts Manager, Movies Delivery

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to provide support for Amazon Studio's growing original and acquired movies slate who has the ability to oversee legal delivery, identify and implement process improvements, and effectively work cross-functionally with other teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
negotiating and documenting delivery schedules; developing internal processes to track legal, marketing and physical delivery of projects from beginning to end across various teams; setting up and maintaining rights management systems for the movies slates; coordinating content review and delivery of corresponding releases and agreements; running a weekly touch base meeting with internal stakeholders to review delivery status; analyzing and escalating delivery issues to the project lawyer as they arise; and coordinating with clients and outside counsel.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
