We are looking for an Associate Contracts Manager to provide support for Amazon Studio's growing original movies and unscripted slates.
We are currently looking for someone who has the uncanny ability to always know where they are needed, can identify and implement process improvements, and can effectively work cross-functionally with other teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
negotiating and documenting a variety of third party contractual relationships, including certificates of engagement, production services agreements, master services agreements, license agreements and NDAs; developing internal processes to track projects and transactions from beginning to end; setting up and maintaining rights management systems for the various slates; coordinating clearances and delivery of content; and coordinating with clients and outside counsel.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
