As a Legal Assistant you will be a key member of the Trademark team, helping us support the rapidly growing Amazon Studios.
Responsibilities include providing front line support for our team, coordinating the execution of agreements and official documents, tracking documents, helping us ensure the accuracy of our records by assisting in the maintenance of ourmatter tracking system, conducting invoice review for accuracy of billing, performing general office tasks (such as calendaring, filing and budget tracking) and other administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently, complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with the appropriate urgency, take effective action without having to know the total picture, and solve problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.
The candidate will be internal client-service oriented, have high attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills, and the ability to easily switch gears.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is also important.
A good sense of humor is essential.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
