Contracts Manager, Amazon Studios
We are looking for an Associate Contracts Manager or Contracts Manager to support Amazon Studio's rapidly growing businesses in Culver City.
We are currently looking for someone who has the uncanny ability to always know where they are needed, can identify and implement process improvements, and can effectively work cross-functionally with other teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
working with the business to review marketing collateral and other customer-facing and press messaging; negotiating, documenting, and managing a variety of third party contractual relationships, including master services agreements, licensing agreements, promotion and sponsorship agreements; advising on legal issues such as contractual rights, rights of privacy and publicity, and clearance matters; and issue spotting for events and other in-person marketing opportunities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
