Account Director
Responsibilities:
Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Set and manage client expectations on a daily basis.
Define account goals and ultimately responsible for delivering results.
Ability to provide both short-term and long-term strategic consulting.
Lead team to successful execution on various project types.
Create and maintain proposals, estimates, timelines, scope documents, change orders, and project plans.
Communicate with excellent verbal and written skills develop and maintain effective status communication and documentation for clients.
Clearly articulate client's business needs and goals to the team.
Lead meetings and meet deadlines (and those on your project team).
Work with team to ensure quality, timeliness and profitability on all projects.
Do not compromise the work.

Digital experience a plus
Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including strategists, designers, and developers
Bachelor's degree
