Title: Business / Sales Process Manager
Location: Culver City, CA, USA
Type: Contract
We are looking for a Business Process Manager in Culver City, CA for 9-15 months
Description:
1. Project Management of the Request for Information or Request for Proposal process
2. Develop a strong partnership with the Sales organization to support their revenue generating efforts
3. Work closely with SMEs across the organization to feed the content library and ensure data integrity
4. Work across team and across the organization to develop a strategy to identify information gaps, capture and document information, communicate and provide direction to the organization
5. Define and manage sales collateral and opportunity support material process
6. Driving other strategic projects as they arise
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or related field
- Prior experience in leading system development such as RFP processes, data managementand update, software selling business process flows preferred
- Experience of working within an ecommerce industry desired
- Bachelors Degree
Skills:
- Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader
- Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies
- Business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting) preferred
- A successful track record of working with managers and executives at high levels in the organization, as well as sales representatives
- Excellent command of the written language required
- Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills
- Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused
- Meeting management and group process facilitation skills are required.
