Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components from outside suppliers. Utilize knowledge gained to estimate the most effective use of vendors and contractors for airplane parts. Evaluate and analyze ongoing changes in the industry, product design, and related materials to determine their effect on costs. Review and interpret blueprints and other important documents to create cost, time, materials, and labor estimates for North American Spares. Utilize accounting strategies and techniques to evaluate business activity, labor, and airplane parts to determine costs of business activity. Create and distribute estimates used by management for purposes such as organizing, planning, and scheduling tasks or work to be performed. Confer with clients, vendors, personnel in various departments or construction employees to deliberate and create estimates and work through issues. Compile cost and expenditure reports and other necessary documentation at weekly intervals for the duration of the project. Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures. Design and create individual studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related AND a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related occupation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
