EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Executive Assistant to assist the Director of a creative company in the Culver City/Mid City Los Angeles area. Easy access from the 10 or public transport.
Hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This is a very established entertainment and creative company. Offices are modern, open and inviting. Salary is very competitive plus excellent benefits and very generous vacation package.

Seeking candidates with a B.A., and at least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional office setting. Heavy calendar management, word processing, travel itinerary planning. Exposure to media, advertising or marketing background is a plus. Must be an expert user of MS office programs and be smart, sharp and dynamic.
