Develop a comprehensive understanding of business trends and needs requirements of relevant vertical market/territory and provide regular feedback to the company, especially in terms of new product requirements. Develop strategies and orchestrate Symantec company resources to maximize impact to solving customers technical challenges resulting increased Symantecs sales volume and profit achieving assigned goals within assigned SAMG/IMG product lines. Develop and manage referrals from the client base in order to generate leads and increase the reference and assess the ability and capabilities of the client base. Work with target accounts that have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the organization. Interact with accounts and makes presentations at the executive and technical levels. Responsible for maximizing Business Continuity Practice (BCP) solutions within assigned region of accounts. Penetrate accounts to provide a balanced product technical sales growth will be an important performance measurement. Work independently, position and provide technical guidance to sales groups in a team environment. Interface with all levels of Business and Technical management decision makers and influencing to build consensus. leveraging, utilizing and continued self-improvement (via training, hands on labs, VMware Practice demos, technical presentations, TSO cloud) to maintain an In depth knowledge of the Storage and High Availability Industry, Data Center technologies, Virtualization, Cloud Computing trends. Maintain a current knowledge of competitive landscape for each of Symantec's Storage and Availability products. Utilize understanding of storage and availability environments and how to map Symantec solutions and
services
