The Payments Marketing team at Apple is looking for a marketing programs manager to oversee projects related to building and driving new marketing capabilities. This includes representing marketing needs during the conceptualizing and development stages, running marketing campaigns/programs when launched, and writing playbooks for team members around the globe to bring to bear the capabilities. This role will partner closely with the Store Credit product team collaborate with a number of internal and external partners to conduct due diligence on feasibility/scale, setup marketing programs and analyze program performance. This role also has responsibility overseeing regulatory marketing.Key QualificationsCross functional experience with an understanding of how to build relationships, seek mutual benefit across teams, and represent marketing and the consumer pushing back as appropriate.Marketing program management experience, understanding the principals of marketing in both the digital and physical retail space and how to apply those to new communication opportunities.Ability to influence and interact across different levels of leadership through thoughtful and audience targeted written and verbal communications.Comfortable working in ambiguity, building user requirements, processes and seeking solutions to overcome hurdles.Detail oriented, with ability to anticipate issues while not getting paralyzed by them.DescriptionYou will work with the product team, influencing new marketing capability request to get on roadmaps, building marketing requirements for prioritized ideas, taking capability into execution by developing and driving marketing programs and measuring the success of programs.
You will work cross-functionally (such as legal, finance, privacy) to determine and meet requirements for running programs/campaigns.
You will build and maintain marketing programs/campaigns targeted to lifecycle objectives, including acquisition, retention, and win-back in both digital and physical retail spaces.
You will assess and adjust programs/campaigns for success through developing and measuring critical metrics and determine scalability, feeding back improvements to product team.
You will educate and work with worldwide and regional teams on rollout and execution, developing launch presentations and maintaining ongoing playbooks.Education & ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent, with 8 to 12 years of experience.Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $104,000.00 and $202,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
