Temp HR Generalist - URGENT
A well-known company in the hospitality and food industry is looking for a TEMPORARY HR Specialist to manage all things HR, while the employee is on leave. This assignment will be up to 10 weeks. Looking for energetic HR professionals that are willing to take on a long-term consulting opportunity.
Qualified candidates MUST have:
- ADP Workforce now - payroll and HRIS experience
- Full cycle payroll processing for up to 100 employees
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience in a standalone HR role
- Point of contact for all HR issues, questions, and concerns
- Point of contact for all payroll issues, questions, and concerns
- New hire orientation, on boarding and exit interviews
- Manage Worker's Comp claims and investigations
- Full cycle recruiting and working with staffing agencies on temp staff
- Proactive, has autonomy and self-managed and good energy and attitude
$40-47/hr depending on experience. Local candidates ONLY please
