Interested candidates should have substantial employment litigation experience including drafting shell complaints, discovery (propounding and responding to) and law and motion pleadings, calendaring, filing documents in state court, federal courts and arbitration, and ability to handle a very active case load.
Compensation will range from $25-$40 per hour depending on experience and fit.
