The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering a best-in-class omnichannel experience to all customers across all touchpoints.
These touchpoints include but are not limited to email, chat, and clienteling initiatives.
The Customer Experience Specialist is also responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the brand and its product.
Additionally, they will be required to handle operational duties related to customer contacts, purchases, and interaction with the brand.
Experience:
Ensure a best-in-class customer experience is always delivered to all customers Maintain thorough and current product and brand knowledge to effectively assist customers Operate with an attitude and demeanor that positively represents the brand at all times Use problem-solving skills to effectively reconcile customer issues and inquiries Obtain and communicate knowledge of competitors' customer experience initiatives to supervisor DRIVE SALES AND PROFITABILITY:
Leverage product and brand knowledge to suggestively sell to customers when appropriate Use all available platforms to build authentic relationships with Outerknown clientele to drive departmental revenue OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS:
Maintain current knowledge of all platforms and technology necessary for job performance Communicate all product and brand feedback to the supervisor effectively and regularly Comply with all company policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
Use sound judgment when making decisions Demonstrate excellent communication skills Act with integrity and respect Adapt to changes required by business Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Assume and complete all other duties as assigned by the supervisor REQUIREMENTS Minimum one year experience in a customer experience role Ability to work a flex schedule to include select weekends and holidays High school education or equivalent preferred Prior experience with Shopify
and Gorgias preferred This hybrid position will be based in our corporate office in Culver City, CA.
Hybrid for this role will require one day per week in the office.
