Responsibilities:
- checking the business email every day & quick in responding - Track/manage sponsorships and tasks in time sensitive matters - Assist in managing multiple social media platforms (youtube, tiktok, twitter/x, instagram, twitch, etc) - Assist in making sure sponsors run smoothly/write ups for sponsors - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the creator - Frequent communication between sponsors, editors, agents, other team members, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Able to help run errands/complete tasks/projects as needed (returning items, picking up items, post office things, etc) - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the office
Qualifications:
- Fair social media knowledge - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Good verbal and written communication skills, can work in a team environment - Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Can assist with brainstorming ideas for creative projects/sponsors - Must live in LA or able to come to LA often, would prefer if able to drive for ease of tasks Note:
