Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned - Provide general administrative support to staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience as a dental front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Proficient in using phone systems, filing systems, and office equipment - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of dental software - Eaglesoft is a plus! - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Computer literacy / comfortable in a paperless office - Strong verbal and written communication skill - put together treatment plan and present to patients - go over and collect copays -look up detailed insurance verifications -maintain hygiene schedule - Ability to multitask and self govern Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
