Candidates must be detail-oriented, responsive, proactive, able to manage and communicate with workers and clients well, and persistent.
We are looking for someone to help us stay ten steps ahead and is people-smart.
A lot of room to grow and build processes into a small business, and compensation and benefits may increase and follow after time and contribution with the company.
The position may require on-site couple days a week on a consistent schedule in the beginning, until foundation and trust is in place for more flexibility.
There may be times when in person is required for training sessions, camps, leagues, events etc to obtain registrations, waivers, payments, and operations.
Duties include working closely with the current staff to do the following:
1) Mange the coaches on the staff, such as creating their weekly work schedules and communicating it to them, along with other administrative matters.
Being the point of contact for coaches.
2) Communicate with clients to schedule and coordinate basketball training sessions.
Being the point of contact with clients.
3) Track payments and send invoices.
Communicate with clients whose payments are overdue and obtain them.
Managing accounts and invoices.
4) Create a schedule and payment process for the Director for statuses.
5) Manage human resources and payroll if required 7) Handle other administrative matters and projects as required.
