Building Automation Engineer/HVAC Specialist (exp. Tridium Niagra, ALC)

We develop and run Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world! We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Building Automation Engineer.
The primary responsibilities are to contribute significantly to ensuring buildings are operating at the highest levels of occupant comfort while maintaining critical environments without compromising efficiency.
Close coordination in using the building automation system with all Real Estate & Development groups is encouraged, including but not limited to the Facility Service Center (FSC), Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), Maintenance & Operations, Global Data Center Services & Energy Efficiency partners.
Key Qualifications 5
years of relevant work experienceProficiency in navigating and operating building automation systems including Johnson Controls Metasys, Tridium Niagara and Automated Logic WEBCTRL Tridium Proficiency in navigating and operating lighting control systems including Lutron, Enlighted, nLight and WattstopperFamiliarity with building automation communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus and LonWorks) as well as control network architectureExperience with the development and implementation of control sequences of operation as related to building operation and energy efficiencyExperience with all varieties of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems including chilled water central plants, air handling and rooftop package units, heating hot water system, clean dry air, exhaust, food service refrigeration and gas monitoring systemsExperience with all varieties of commercial electrical systems including back up generators, automatic transfer switches, uninterruptible power supplies, power delivery units and Starline buswaysFamiliarity with HVAC and electrical controls installation, field devices and control panel layoutExcellent project management skills, organizational, documentation and problem solving skills, willingness to accept additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Applicable Building Engineering Experience or Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringLEED Accreditation BeneficialCCST Accreditation BeneficialCertification in an Applicable Building Automation System(s) Recommended Skills Analytical Architecture Automation Chilled Water Communication Construction Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
