Administrative Manager

The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Culver City office and administratively supporting various departments.
Duties include ordering supplies, building maintenance, report running, and analyzing data.
Ensure the office is compliant with HIPAA regulations.
Job Duties:
Order and managing of office and program supplies Management of Petty Cash to department supervisors Building Maintenance with the property management Greets & assists guests Oversees employee First Aid/CPR recertification and coordinates Pro-ACT trainings company wide with department heads and clinical team Oversees client case file maintenance and archive storage practices Coordinates and distributes progress reports to Supervisors, Managers and/or Program Administrators Supports On-boarder as necessary with new hires Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains client confidentiality and protects agency operations by keeping information confidential, keeping HIPPA compliant.
Maintains safe working environment by complying with rules and regulations.
Protects clients and employees by adhering to all policies and protocols.

Culver City Office, on-siteRequirements Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience in office management Minimum 1-year experience data analyst Must pass LIVESCAN (DOJ/FBI), provide DMV printout, proof of insurance, and current TB clearance Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility Assertiveness and leadership to drive the execution of tasks A process mind to work in a high-volume environment.
Tech savviness - the words like Excel and pivot table do not scare you, they excite you Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy Ability to think through problems and prioritize tasks based on their relative importance Ability to troubleshoot, and be resourceful to find solutions Impeccable communication, both written and verbal, and presentation.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
