Description Chick-fil-A is one of the top quick service restaurants in the nation, and the bustling Los Angeles location is looking for a dynamic Kitchen Director to join our multi-restaurant organization.

Role Expectations:
Inspire & build a high performing leadership team, coaching and identifying leaders Deliver operational excellence from all areas of the kitchen (back of house) to ensure remarkable food quality.
Manage a team in the back of house, holding team members accountable and taking necessary opportunities to coach and train on procedures.
Increase restaurant results, including profitability and labor productivity, and display efficient management of all kitchen systems.
Work cross-functionally with every department to collaborate on goals, attending bi-weekly meetings and having consistent communication with the rest of the management team.
Requirements Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen at a restaurant At least 1 year experience in a management role in the hospitality industry Open Availability Bilingual:
English & Spanish Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Company Information In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
