Launch Manager, US/Global Acquisition

Prime Video is seeking a seasoned operational and analytical Launch Manager to oversee the end-to-end launch management process for a slate of licensed Original Movies.
In this role, a successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting several areas of business operations, including but not limited to project managing, planning, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, working side-by-side with cross-functional stakeholders and serving as the single source of truth for each film.
They will also become the single threaded owners for special projects that come into the organization or are marked as priority initiatives for the year.
This role will be instrumental in scaling on-time, error-free launches on Prime Video by mechanizing what works and deprecating what does not.
The successful candidate is comfortable building strategic solutions for highly ambiguous problems and influencing partner teams.
They are passionate about their work, movies, and have previous experience working with cross-functionally across Marketing, Programming, Delivery Operations, Localization, Public Relations, and Social.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, effective time management, creative problem solving and bias for action which help to earn trust quickly and deliver results.
In this role, the successful candidate must be relentless in seeing a project to the finish line without sacrificing quality on behalf of the team's customers and is skilled at exploring automation for manual efforts.
Key job responsibilities- Manage the the end-to-end launch process for each film and serve as a resource for launch escalations while working to remove roadblocks- Build strong bridges and close partnerships with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, PR, etc.
- Track and review program/project progress across multiple teams that are involved across various stages of a film's lifecycle - Lead most regularly scheduled team meetings, driving transparency across key stakeholders for each film - Set and drive regular cadence of communications to various internal and external stakeholders- Create, develop, and influence new strategies and workflows to increase impact and operational excellence.
- Partner with all stakeholder teams to discuss launch goals, timelines, deliverables, obstacles, and dependencies for your launch portfolio.
- Develop, implement and automate new and existing processes in a standardized and scalable format- Troubleshoot urgent issues cross-functionally and jump in operationally as needed, in service of the member experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
