Senior Program Manager, PV/Amazon Studios Protective Services

We are looking for a Program Manager to directly support the Prime Video Studios Protective Services (SPS) team.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.
The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
Key job responsibilitiesThe Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all Prime Video Protective Services priority projects, project reports, and regular status updates.
The Program Manager is also responsible for creating and delivering project management templates and training updates for SPS customers, and other as-needed support for PS regarding project management.
Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible for maintaining project tracking and deliverable calendars as well as calendars as they relate to the development of key Amazon documents.
The role is expected to be based in Los Angeles, California operating from the LAX22 office and will be subject to normal working days (Monday-Friday) with an expectation that working hours reflect the needs to coordinate and communicate with a global team.
A day in the lifeo Apply project management skills, leadership and subject-matter expertise to ensure the on-scope, on-time and on-quality execution and launch of projects o Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projectso Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including project kick-offs, weekly status meetings, risk assessments, and additional meetings or workshops as requiredo Facilitate communication and information management to provide leadership with up-to-date information on ongoing projects and goalso Coordinate and motivate the resources necessary to deliver these projects within time and budget constraintso Assist with projects at varying levels of involvement from consulting to complete project management/oversighto Ensure timely and accurate entry and maintenance of department collected datao Review and update existing security related documentation on a routine basiso Ensure leadership have the information they need when they need it, including promoting, automating, and simplifying processes to manage data streams and provide reports outlining information used to gauge performanceo Draft detailed reports and Amazon documents including:
white papers, QBRs, OP1/2 docs, SOPs, etc.
About the teamThe Studios Protective Services team (SPS) serves as the embedded service provider for global security support to Amazon Studios, Prime Video (PV), MGM, Internet Movie Database (IMDb), Thursday Night Football (TNF), and Freevee.
SPS enables the creation of the best content in the world by assessing and mitigating the variety of security risks associated with content generation and release.
