Full-time ? Nonexempt Position Summary A MBA Behavioral manager will be working for Liberty both on the field and in the corporate office.
Looking for a professional Behavioral Manager to provide behavioral and mental health assessments for children with disabilities.

Education Master's degree with a major in behavioral health, social science, business, or similar field or experience in field area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee performance and listen to their need to continually improve the behavioral health program and services.
Assist with pediatric behavioral health assessments and plans and consult on complex cases.
Implement following policies and guidance, including written documentation and use of Therap Notes.
Develop processes and procedures for the behavioral health team, and continually improve the processes for efficiency, compliance, the well-being of children, the well- being of staff, and the mission of LBCSI.
Collaborate with leaders of all teams (medical, case management, education, line of sight supervision, recreation, etc.
) to ensure consistency of care for minors across all activities.
Other responsibilities, as assigned by the CEO.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 5
years of experience in Behavioral Management, BCBA background and/or Social Services.
ID/DD Background experience.
Psych based work experience required.
Pediatric/Developmental Disability experience.
Must be able to travel occasionally.
Reliable Transportation is a must.
Able to Multitask Familiar with Regional Centers must.
