Duties:
Answer phones, address routine inquiries.
Prepare documents for correspondences Ability to multi-task, develop timeframes and complete tasks assigned by supervisors within those timeframes, attention to detail and follow up is a must.
Disseminate messages to appropriate personnel Assist clients by collecting patient information and explaining new patient paperwork.
Ensure reception area and lobby is well maintained.
