Job summaryThe Global Operations Internal Communications team is looking for a Research, Measurement, and Insights and Program Manager to help lead and establish our measurement program.
This individual will leverage both qualitative to quantitative methods to help us understand the performance and impact of our communications strategy.
As a member of the Content, Channels and Measurement team, you will own measurement, benchmarking, insights, audience research, and reporting for employee-facing communications, campaigns, and programs.
You will partner with existing data science and research teams to define areas of collaboration and measurement.
You will also maintain and develop self-service resources, such as dashboards and queries, for business leaders and stakeholders to help inform future employee-facing work.
The ideal candidate is passionate about audience research (e.
g.
, surveys and focus groups), testing framework (e.
g.
, A/B testing), data quality and reporting excellence, knows and loves working with business intelligence tools (e.
g.
, Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau, Quicksight), and can partner with business leaders to deep-dive into data in order to solve complex business problems.
You are analytical, organized, curious, and work backwards from the business problem.
Cross-team coordination, project management, and strong writing skills are essential.
This role can be based out of Seattle, WA; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Arlington, VA; or New York, NY.
Key job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
Work with business stakeholders and communications partners to define critical KPIs for all campaigns, channels, and content distributed by Operations Internal Communications.
Establish and own reporting (ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on key KPIs for all owned and earned channels to internal stakeholders and leaders.
Develop and streamline necessary dashboards and one-off analyses, providing ability to surface business-critical KPIs, monitor the health of marketing and communication channels, and effectively communicate performance.
Partner with stakeholders and Business Intelligence teams to acquire necessary data for analysis, including from external vendors and internal tech teams.
Work with content and editorial teams to implement A/B tests that provide valuable insights into our content and channel distribution strategy.
Partner with internal communication campaign and business managers to turn analysis into insight-driven stories.
Understand the competitive landscape and best practices in marketing analytics methodologies and trends in order to continually improve our metrics and analytics processes.
Lead qualitative audience research projects, such as employee surveys and focus groups, to help us better understand the communication needs of employees with insights that drive changes to our content and channel strategy.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
