A manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day health and uptime of the services our team supports.
We must keep our systems (1st and 3rd party) reliable, constantly scaling and optimized.

We are looking for strong technical candidates with proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities who can resolve production escalations and iterate on improving both production and pre-production environments.
Key job responsibilitiesOperational Excellence - You will be drive operational excellence in everything we do by creating stable processes and procedures to improve efficiency in our day-to-day tasks and projects.
Platform Health Measurement - You drive quality into the metrics we report to assist us in focusing on the areas that provide the most stability.
Change Management - You will be integral to developing and improving change management within the collective platform.
Responsibilities include driving initiatives regarding improvements to existing tools & processes and providing feedback on new practices & procedures.
Automation - You will be heavily involved in driving the team to analyze operational events in order to identify new automation opportunities.
This will include helping our software partner teams understand our requirements and drive their roadmaps and ensure holistic consideration of 1st and 3rd party dependencies.
A day in the lifeTeam Management - You will own all facets of performance and career management for the team.
Weekly meetings with team members and you will provide both technical and leadership skills mentoring.
This includes project management, quality audits and coordination of training sessions and scheduling of a 24/7 operational coverage rotation.
Hire and Develop the Best - You will take the lead in hiring personnel who fit the needs of the current organization but also will allow the team to scale with platform and service growth.
You will coordinate with recruiting teams to evaluate candidates, participate in interviews and provide feedback.
