Job summaryAmazon is seeking a talented, experienced and driven Publicity Principal to join the IMDb TV PR Team.
You will oversee PR for IMDb TV Originals including activities during all stages of a campaign:
development, production, launch and sustain.
You will report to our head of IMDb TV PR and will work closely with other divisions across IMDb TV, Amazon Studios and Prime Video.
Key job responsibilitiesMedia Relations Strategic Planning and Execution:
Work to devise and execute publicity campaigns for assigned series, pre-launch, at launch and beyond.
Pitch stories to all external media outlets, including traditional print reporters and critics, electronic media and online outlets, as well as non-traditional media.
Exercise judgment in deciding which opportunities to pursue, ensuring that business objectives are met.
Serve as key point person for Originals slate, representing PR to external and internal constituencies.
Talent Relationships:
Establish close working relationships and positive rapport with talent and personnel associated with all series -- including executive producers, key production staff/crew and on-camera performers -- in order to achieve publicity objectives.
Events:
Work closely with publicity team to plan and execute assigned series participation in publicity events and special projects.
Work closely with the events team to ensure coordinated and strategic plans for covering special events for assigned series.
Writing and Publicity Asset Management:
Write press releases, FAQs, and other publicity materials and develop talking points for series.
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting the most compelling assets that fulfill needs of media and best represent the show to viewers and other targeted audiences.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
