1, small-group client and interdepartmental meetings with legal, business affairs, creative, production, PR and marketing stakeholders to gain real-world exposure to entertainment studio operations;o Research and summarize discrete issues related to copyright, trademark, fair use, defamation, publicity rights, and invasion of privacy;o Draft agreements (including short-form rights and services agreements, film festival and other sponsorship agreements, and small licensing agreements) and manage updates to legal forms and templates;o Assist with preliminary review of scripts under greenlight consideration to issue-spot for content compliance and public policy considerations.
