We are looking for an experienced employment attorney to help manage Amazon's labor and employment issues throughout the US.
Responsibilities include providing practical advice and counseling regarding general labor and employment issues such as discrimination, wage and hour, time and attendance, disability accommodation, hiring, performance management and discharge, wrongful termination, and other relevant labor and employment issues.
Responsibilities also include managing litigation, including class action litigation, government agency investigations, proactive training, and administrative charges as well as the assessment, selection, and supervision of outside counsel.
This position will work closely with internal clients on the HR team and colleagues on the Amazon legal team and requires the ability to travel as needed basis and work extended hours when necessary.
This position reports to the Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
