Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Program Manager

Amazon's Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team is seeking a Program Manager.
This position is based in Los Angeles, CA.

The EHS Program Manager will be help develop a strong safety culture and collaborate with Amazon business teams to continually reduce risks and ensure EHS compliance within our production sties.
The scope of this position is global.
The ideal candidate for this role can work successfully in a fast-paced launch environment, has experience partnering with business teams, is accurate and strives to stay ahead of a dynamic business, and always puts the customer at the center of their solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Understanding EHS data, information and programming (e.
g.
EHS laws, regulations, industry best practices, health and safety committee management, emergency preparedness).
Working with Amazon Corporate Security, Facility Managers, and site leadership to enhance plans for responding to emergencies and disruptive events impacting occupants at production sites.
Developing long term goals, metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement aimed at enhancing the resiliency of Amazon's productions.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure information on EHS polices are communicated, implemented and executed upon among employees, vendors and third-party contractors.
Helping to manage injury/illness prevention - review root cause and identify themes across the production portfolio.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
