YOUR ROLE The Demand and Go To Market Planning Director will be responsible for building a strategy to achieve the highest customer service levels across the US Professional Beauty business unit. This individual will lead the demand planning, local market supply and inventory teams while partnering with the Supply Planning and Manufacturing groups to drive clear improvement plans across our supply chain. We are actively seeking a self-motivated individual, who is eager to take on new challenges and build leaders within the organization while being laser focused on business continuity and problem solving. We expect this leader to:
Lead the S&OP Planning process delivering cross-functionally aligned, feasible long-term demand and supply plans. Ensure a disciplined and continuously improving process that allows for action planning and decision making Manage the Go To Market Supply Chain planning teams ensuring optimal service levels, clear outward communication to our stakeholders and customer satisfaction Develop strong working relationships within our internal teams such as :
Marketing, New Product Innovation, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing. Oversee Root Cause Analysis's to ensure learnings are applied to future endeavors Mentor and develop team members within the organization by establishing clear deliverables, action plans and feedback sessions Define and drive opportunities to enhance operational excellence, customer satisfaction and cost optimization Serve as escalation panel for conflict resolution in optimizing for service, costs, and inventory Implement Processes (Daily Management Systems) to drive standard work approaches Drive team behaviors to embed core company values and principles YOUR SKILLS Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or supply chain related job experience Minimum of 7 years of experience within supply chain or planning for a consumer goods industry Minimum of 2-5 years' experience operating at a management level in a supply chain environment using ERP systems Ability to quickly adapt to change and drive significant improvements in a short period of time Team player, collaborative and well structured Problem Solver and Analytical Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & Logistics, ProcurementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
