Corporate Counsel, Studios - Labor Relations
Amazon Studios is seeking Corporate Counsel to act as labor relations counsel for the Studio.
The position requires experience with the entertainment industry guild and union agreements, including with respect work rules, creative rights, residuals, credit, arbitrations, and audits and preferably with respect to new media.
The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and counsel to internal clients, including business and legal affairs, creative executives, HR professionals, business leaders and production teams regarding labor laws and union contractual obligations.
This position will also assist with drafting and negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
Responsibilities also include managing litigation, government agency investigations, audits and administrative charges, as well as the assessment, selection, and supervision of outside counsel.
This position requires the ability to travel and work extended hours when necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
